At Intempo Psychiatry, fees reflect the time, depth, and clinical expertise built into every appointment. As an out-of-network practice, we are able to offer longer visits, greater continuity, and a level of personalization that insurance-based models rarely allow.
Disclaimer: Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, we will provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, and we are unable to guarantee whether services will be reimbursed. Because we operate out-of-network, you also have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before beginning treatment. Learn more here.

15 minutes | No charge
Consultation Call
A comprehensive review of your medical and psychiatric history, current symptoms, and goals, followed by collaborative treatment planning.
90 minutes | $550.00
Intake Appointment
Ongoing medication management and brief therapeutic support, with time to review progress and adjust treatment as needed.
30 minutes | $275.00
Routine Follow-Up
Longer follow-up visits focused on psychotherapy, more in-depth medication management, or navigating complex clinical concerns.
60 minutes | $385.00
Extended Follow-up
Second Opinion Evaluation
A detailed, independent evaluation that includes record review, coordination with your current provider when appropriate, and comprehensive diagnostic and treatment recommendations. Lab and imaging results are reviewed as available.
120 minutes | $1,100.00
Follow-up appointments that extend beyond the scheduled duration may be billed in 15-minute increments at $55 per interval, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Additional time charges apply when clinically meaningful time beyond the scheduled appointment is required.
Intempo Psychiatry does not charge for brief phone calls under 10 minutes, brief correspondence, or medication refills. This cost is factored into the standard hourly rates. Communications surpassing 10 minutes/day will be charged at the applicable fraction of the $385 hourly rate, prorated to 15-minute intervals.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or missed without prior notice will be billed at the full rate of the scheduled service.
